1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any women’s clothing item in its original, unused condition. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene stickers (if applicable, such as for intimate wear or swimwear) attached. Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or had tags removed are not eligible for return.

2. Reasons for Return

Change of Mind: If the clothing isn’t the right style, size, or fit for you, you can return it for a refund, provided it meets the “original condition” requirements above.

Damaged or Defective Item: If your clothing arrives with visible damage (e.g., torn fabric, broken zippers, missing buttons) or a manufacturing defect (e.g., uneven stitching, wrong prints), please see our “Warranty” section below. Do not refuse the delivery, as this complicates the process. Please accept the delivery and contact us immediately at support@meijiaou.com with photos/videos of the issue.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@meijiaou.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return in the email.

Step 2: Once you have your RMA number, carefully repackage the clothing in its original packaging (or a secure, similar-sized package if the original is damaged) to avoid further harm during transit.

Step 3: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping for “change of mind” returns will be deducted from your refund. For damaged or defective items, we cover all return costs.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned clothing (to confirm it meets return conditions), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Refunds

The refund will include the full product price (excluding any promotional discounts that were applied exclusively to the returned item).

The original shipping fee is non-refundable for “change of mind” returns.

Return shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Note: We recommend checking the size chart carefully before purchasing and trying on clothing on a clean, flat surface (with undergarments) to avoid staining or damaging the item. Clothing damaged due to improper trying-on or care is not eligible for a return.

Warranty Policy

Meijiaou women’s clothing is crafted with attention to detail, and we offer a limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

1. Warranty Coverage

Everyday Wear (e.g., blouses, trousers, dresses): We offer a 6-month limited warranty on all everyday women’s clothing items. This covers defects in fabric (e.g., unravelling seams, unexpected tearing) and workmanship (e.g., loose buttons, broken zippers) under normal use.

Specialty Items (e.g., coats, jackets, formal dresses): We offer a 12-month limited warranty on specialty women’s clothing. This covers the same material and workmanship defects as everyday wear, plus additional components like linings, decorative details (e.g., beads, sequins), and hardware (e.g., belt buckles, snap buttons).

2. What Does the Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal, intended use (i.e., regular wearing, washing, and care as per the garment’s care label). Examples include:

Buttons, zippers, or snaps breaking or falling off within the warranty period.

Seams coming undone without excessive force or wear.

Fabric tearing or fraying in areas not prone to normal wear (e.g., not elbows, knees).

Print or dye fading excessively after the first 1-2 washes (when washed according to care instructions).

3. What is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse (e.g., wearing formal dresses for outdoor sports), or improper care (e.g., washing a dry-clean-only garment in a washing machine).

Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scuffs on hems, fading from long-term sun exposure, stretching of elastic over time).

Damage from neglect (e.g., leaving stains untreated, storing clothing in damp conditions leading to mildew).

Cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality or wearability of the clothing (e.g., slight color variations between the product and online photos, minor loose threads that can be trimmed).

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim?

If you believe your Meijiaou women’s clothing has a manufacturing defect, please contact us:
